Product appreciation period
Please be informed buyers have a 7-day product appreciation period (7 days including holidays) from the time the product arrives in your hands. If buyer need to return the product, please contact our customer service staff within 7 days after receiving the product, and provide information such as "name", "order number", "contact number", "returned product name", "return reason and photo", etc. After receiving buyer’s request, our customer service will review and assist in returning the item.
All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for product defect. If there is product defect, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment. (Valid for Export grade only)
Product Defects
1. All parcel will be packed in good condition. If the parcel is not in good condition when buyer receive, please don't let the postman leave.
a. Immediately take a photo of the consignment note and the parcel (the unbox picture).
b. Don't sign to accept the parcel, ask the postman to return to us.
c. Send us the photos and we will ship out a new parcel within (7) working days.
2. If buyer accidentally received the parcel and only found the defect products after open the parcel. Defect is identified by us, subject to our company's Quality Assurance.
a. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service
b. We will do compensation within (7) working days.
c. We will reject the request if the defect is pass qc after the review. If the buyer insists on
returning goods, the freight cost for returning goods will be borne by the buyer.
3. If you found that the product received isn't same with what had ordered,
a. Take a photo of the product and send to our customer service
b. If we are ending the wrong product to buyer, buyer can request for return and we will send
out the correct product to buyer within (7) working days.

Return and Refund
The returnable products must be unused or damaged by non-human defects, and the original packaging (all materials used for packaging including outer packaging carton) should be kept intact.
Returns cannot be accepted if:
More than seven days of product appreciation period.
The product has been unsealed and used, or is damaged due to human factors, such as: dirt, damage, wear, abrasion, scratch, smudge.
The slight crease of the outer packing carton does not affect the quality of the goods.
Damaged and incomplete packaging of returned goods, and inconsistent number of pieces.
Malicious returns
Those who apply for return due to personal factors cannot ask for return or refund again if they repeat order the same products.
Returned products by courier service is damaged (breakages) due to improper packing
Return process
Contact customer service personnel → get approval for returnable goods from Customer service → buyer request to pack well the returnable goods and MUST get the AWB provided by us (if didn’t use the designated courier service, the charges will not refund ) → Drop off at designated transportation company → received by seller and inspection done → refund
Refund instructions
ClaytanTableware will arrange a refund to the bank account you provided within 7 working days.

Orders completed at Claytan Tableware's official online store will be reviewed within 24 hours and shipped 3-5 working days after confirmation of your order
All orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
We cannot guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions, product images, prices, promotions, inventory, ingredients or other information or content on the website. We reserve the right to modify or update information on the website, or to cancel orders due to inaccuracies or omissions. We will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. If we cancel the order after debiting your credit card, we will refund the full amount paid to your bank account.
